ESTATE PLANNING
Guest speaker Steven A. Kass, Certified Elder Law Attorney has helped families complete their Estate Planning, guiding them through the mazes of governmental entitlements, benefits and tax laws.

He concentrates in his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Elder Law, Asset Preservation and Wealth Transfers, Planning for Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs, Wills, Living Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Health Care Directives (religious and secular), HIPAA Releases, Medicaid Planning and Applications, Hospital Discharge and Nursing Home Admission issues, Counseling as to Long Term Care Insurance, Guardianships and Real Estate.

For this presentation, Steven will touch upon the major areas of estate planning and the Family Health Care Decisions Act.

Look for signs to FCA. We are meeting in the ART GALLERY, not the Veatch ballroom. The ART GALLERY is in the main building. Bring a friend.
